Supporting Families to Build Healthier Communities

Our Wellbeing Programme helps families to lead healthier, happier lives through food provision, financial advice, and mental health support. We focus on creating positive lifestyle changes, healthier home environments, and stronger communities – ensuring families feel supported at all times, even when not participating in PEEK activities.

Antenatal classes

(PARENTS / CARERS)

Our Antenatal Classes offer children the best possible start in life, giving parents advice and support and preparing them for birth and parenthood.

Did you know private classes in Glasgow can cost around £75? We’re proud to offer ours for free!

PEEK-A-BOO PLAY CAFE

(0 - 5 YEARS & PARENTS / CARERS)

Our weekly group is designed for children aged 0 – 5 years and their parents or carers. Our sessions are full of creative, messy, and fun activities to support sensory and motor skill development, while the adults have the opportunity to meet other local parents and build lasting friendships.

COOKING Workshops

(PARENTS / CARERS)

Our Cooking Workshops teach parents and carers how to prepare healthy, budget-friendly meals in a relaxed, supportive environment. Parents can learn about nutrition, meal planning, and cooking tips that work for the whole family.

Partnerships

We’re proud to partner with Henry and NHS Scotland to help families give their children the healthiest possible start in life. Through 8-week courses, workshops and resources, we support:

  • Weaning/starting solids and good nutrition

  • Emotional well-being and parenting skills

  • Healthy eating habits and oral health

  • Active lifestyles

We’re bringing free healthy, delicious meals to children, young people, and families across Glasgow through our community food truck PEEK-A-CHEW.
