Empowering Young People to Grow, Connect, and Thrive

For young people aged 11 – 25 years, our Thrive Programme is a gateway to new opportunities. From volunteering and community drop-ins to holiday programmes and school projects, we help young people build their confidence, develop transferable skills, and discover their potential.

Volunteer

(14 - 18 YEARS)

We help young people prepare for further education or enter the workforce through our award-winning Volunteer Project. Our training block is designed for young people to gain valuable work experience, develop skills, and earn qualifications while making a positive impact on the lives of children and families in their local community.

Drop-In

(11 - 18 YEARS)

Our Drop-in sessions offer a welcoming space for young people aged 11 - 18 years to explore new activities in a safe and supportive environment. From games and sports, to cooking and arts, or friendly chats and advice, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Holiday programmes

(11 - 18 YEARS)

During Spring, Summer, and October breaks, we host drop-in sessions, trips, and outings. These experiences give young people the chance to try new things and visit places they might not otherwise have the opportunity to see.

School Projects

(S1 - S6)

We partner with schools to create projects that boost student engagement, confidence, and self-esteem. Our projects help young people develop leadership skills preparing them for a future in higher education or employment. Our projects offer accredited awards, recognised by the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF), a great addition to any CV!

Support and advice

(11 - 25 YEARS)

Our team is here to provide advice and support for any young person who needs it, whether it's applying to college or university, finding a job, requesting a reference, or seeking more general assistance. We’re always here to chat.
